Nice Hotel

The staff was amazing and the amenities were great.

Due to construction, it was hard to get to the hotel via car. The construction also started early and could be heard in my room that faced the front of the hotel. The construction also made it difficult to get around as paths were blocked by the construction for safety purposes.

Very friendly staff, excellent location and very comfortable bed

Upon arrival the staff were very welcoming, finding a room for us to move into prior to check in time. The room was spacious and comfortable, the bath was of a nice size, and the facilities were more than what were required. On top of all this the location of the Hotel is right next to the train and bus station, an excellent location to both arrive into and to explore the city from.

Excellent service

Service was great. The room included an appliance to iron pants trousers, which was completely unsuccessful when I tried it with wrinkly pants. I asked for a more traditional iron and they had one I kept during my stay. The gym is a plus. The person at the desk offer to open it earlier if I wanted (the opens at 7am).

For those with light sleep, remember the hotel is next to the station and trains run through the night. Despite this, my room looking out the station, was very quiet.

I asked to be at the front of the hotel in a high floor so I could watch the city and that s where they put me - I loved it. Also the bed was very comfy I slept well.

Would like to say how helpful the Concierge at The Amsterdam Park Plaza by the stationwas. We needed to leave our bags and the lockers at the station were full and he was very obliging.

Good compromise for both business and tourism

Location for station, good breakfast, good value when breakfast is included in the room rate, free wifi, if a little clunky.

Avoid room facing the railway line - more noise.

I got an upgrade which I was extremely pleased with, it was only my second visit. I hope to visit again soon now I know how nice the executive rooms are:-)

A nice hotel at a reasonable price

Hotel is located within 10min walk of railway station and 20min walk to town centre. Staff were very helpful and welcoming.

Breakfast was expensive and, although it was buffet style, there was limited hot food on offer, eg no freshly made egg station. Also guest internet facility was not working during our stay though reception let me use their pc to check in our flights.

Top hotel, maar beschimmelde badkamers

Snelle handeling na constatering probleem. Uiteindelijk geplaats in een executive room tegen zelfde tarief.

Na constatering dat de geboekte kamer , de badkamer vol schimmel zat, kreeg ik een ander kamer aangeboden. Deze zat ook vol schimmel. Waarschijnlijk zijn alle kamer; op de 4e etage beschimmeld. Het zijn ook de kamers tegen een laag tarief. Hygienisch is dit niet en de kamers dienen ook niet te worden aangeboden!! Schimmel is niet van de een op andere dag. Men moet ervan op de hoogte zijn. Iedergeval het huishoudelijk personeel die de kamers schoonmaakt!

Er is sprake van erge schimmelvorming in de badkamer, 2kmr wat ik weet. Op dezelfde etage. Het personeel is geweldig, maar ik vraag me af of men niet op de hoogte is of afwacht op de reactie van de klant”
