Hotel 't Waepen is just 50 metres away from the 'Veerse Meer' lake, which makes it an ideal base for hiking and bicycle trips. Water sports enthusiasts can enjoy themselves on the 'Veerse Meer' with water skiing and surfing. In the vicinity you can make trips to such cities as Middelburg and Vlissingen.
The hotel has an atmospheric restaurant, where lovely dishes are served. On the outside terrace guests can enjoy the sunshine. The rooms are equipped with a shower or bath, toilet, telephone, radio and television.
Surroundings
A stroll from Hotel 't Waepen Veere will lead you along historic buildings in the city, that remind of times long gone. In the vicinity there are several fun attractions. Visitors of all ages will enjoy themselves in 'Deltapark Neeltje Jans' and in 'Het Arsenaal' in Vlissingen, which offers a pirate theme park and a sea aquarium. In Middelburg you can overlook the city from the 'Lange Jan' tower and for an overview of the island 'Walcheren' you can visit 'Miniatuur Walcheren', a miniature theme park.

Excellent food , and location
Veere gets very busy at Weekends and it feels as if you are staying in a theme park, however crowds subside after 6pm. Big minus point are the clarion bells from the neighbouring church that seem to go on all night long !!

Très très bien situé, chambre très clean -que du neuf-, bonne literie, terrasse très agréable dans \"jardin de curé\" (chambre Deluxe). Le village est TRES joli.
Un peu de bruit dans le couloir, qui donne aussi sur une réserve de l\'hôtel/restaurant -mais calme la nuit- . Personnel très correct, mais sans plus
