An Extra Mile

Staff, especially one gentleman on reception at night, went that extra mile to help me as I had badly injured my leg. Lovely shower, good choice of pillows, bed comfortable and very quiet even with the window open. Easy parking.

Bedroom carpet filthy. Waitresses in restaurant could have been more helpful as I found it very hard at breakfast as it was self service and I had crutches. Pretty difficult to juggle food, drink and crutches.

“My tip: It is a large spread out hotel but it is perfect for a visit to Eindhoven as if you do not have a car the bus drives up to reception every half an hour to go to town.”

During summer months the mosquitoes might be a problem, the sun screens in the windows do not protect against them. Air your room well before the dusk and close the window for the night.

Great restaurant - Nice rooms and nice and clean and comfortable and quiet. They always try to accomodate special requests. The staff are always warm and considerate and friendly. The pool is lovely and warm and there is a great sports complex and gym. Even though it is a huge hotel the staff make you feel like an individual.

Very big so you sometimes have to walk a long way to rooms.

Super hôtel, personnel discret, efficace et très agréable. Un hôtel comme on aimerait en voir plus souvent. Nous venions de France pour passer quelques jours en Hollande. Nous sommes vraiment très satisfaits et recommanderons cet hôtel à nos amis.

Nice location but horrible bed

The breakfast was fantastic

If you compare the price and the quality of bed, I could say it's really very poor. The 2 nights I've spent there I did not sleep comfortably. You've to change your bed(s) honestly. Nobody to help you locate your bedroom; just a map and you've to find it by yourself which was not easier.

We decided to eat in Bistro and chose the 3 course set meal. The entree and desert were excellent but unfortunately the steak in the main course was of nut sufficient quality to be served rare which was how my partner wanted it.

Pleasant, trouble free stay

Large size and plentiful meeting rooms meant that our stay was not disturbed by the other events. It was good that we were allowed to check in early. Left-luggage was useful as we needed to work locally after check-out and appreciated being allowed to leave our luggage for later collection.

Coming from cold Britain, we found the rooms a little too warm which made sleeping difficult.

Very cold bedroom, even though I turned the radiator up there was still no heat as such. A long walk to the bedrooms.

location, food is very good and the service in the Italian restaurant is very good.

My bed broke down one night, on of the wheels cam loose and when i tried to close the curtains one of them broke. i had the feeling that my room was not cleaned every day.

Check Receipts Before Leaving

Great location for our travel plans. Nice layout to get around. Front desk was very helpful and friendly. Food was excellent.

After we checked out and paid for some of our extras, we realized two of the receipts were not signed by us. It was too late for us to go back and mention this. I still have them as a souvenier and a reminder to check all receipts before you leave. It must be simple for someone to sign a meal to some else's room without permission. That was the only complaint and a lesson well learned.
