The brand-new Zandpaviljoen Pier 7 opened its doors in April 2018, and is located on Vlissingen's trendy beach. A beautiful, unique spot on the Netherlands' most southern beach. Enjoy walking bare foot on the soft sand, feel the wind in your hair and listen to the sounds of the sea. A perfect place to unwind and retreat. Want to relax on the beach but forgotten a few items? No problem at all, beach accessories including sun loungers and parasols are available to hire at the hotel. There's nothing to stand in your way for a lovely day on the beach! The hotel has 7 luxurious and stylish beach rooms. Each room comes with an en-suite bathroom, a kitchen unit and a sea view. What's more, you can walk straight onto the beach from your hotel room.
Surroundings
Step on to the 2-kilometre-long promenade from the beach where the hotel is located. This promenade is lovely to stroll along, where you can reach out and almost touch the passing ships! You'll also encounter many nice outdoor cafés, lunchrooms and restaurants here offering sea views. Apart from this bathing beach, Vlissingen also has 5 other beaches where it's wonderful to spend the day. You can choose from the Nollestrand, Duinstrand, Westduin, Ritthem and the Kalootstrand. Seen enough sand? Then take a walk into town and go bargain hunting in one of Vlissingen's many nice shops and boutiques.
Food and Drink
The delicious and extensive breakfast buffet is served daily at the upstairs neighbor, Boulevard 17. We can also deliver breakfast to your Beachroom for a surcharge of €7.50 per day. The restaurant of Zandpaviljoen Pier 7 is open daily from 10:00 for the best drinks, lunch and dinner dishes. In the summer months you can imagine yourself in Ibiza in Zeeland between the palm trees with your feet in the sand and with the best music in the background. Enjoy a (frozen) cocktail, special beer or an ice cold Coca Cola! Zandpaviljoen Pier 7 stands for quality, cheerful and fast service in a 'no stress' manner. In addition, the pavilion is also fully wheelchair accessible via the ramp.
