FACILITIES WERE EXCELLENT WITH VERY GOOD RESTAURANT SERVICE. RECEPTION DESK STAFF WERE VERY HELPFUL. AMPLE PARKING SPACE. GOOD LOCATION AT ENTRANCE TO THE TOWN.

UNFORTUNATELY, NEITHER THE TV NOR THE COFFEE MAKER WORKED IN OUR ROOM. HOUSEKEEPING MANAGED TO REPLACE THE COFFEE MAKER BUT THE TV WAS NEVER FIXED. LACK OF SIGNPOSTING TO THE HOTEL - NAME NOT ON HUGE POST.

Content with Van Der Valk hotel in Vught.

Staff was accommodating, let us use the room at 11 am after a trans Atlantic flight. Location perfect for Den Bosch old town and Vught. Breakfast buffet was excellent.

Bedside light insufficient for reading at night Long indoor walk from rooms to dining room. Shorter walk if you take the outside route, but then exposed to the weather.

Not up to usual standard

usual level of general comfort-though a little pricey for what you get.

NO drink making facilities in the room, as the room was a fair distance from reception, it was a pain to have to make the treck just to get a hot drink. Despite being sent back twice my Tournedos steak was raw and disgusting, yet I was still charged, was very dissapointed as I usually have great food at your hotels.

Conveniently located, clean, great parking, nice facility

Wake up calls did come through either morning we requested them. Toilet is placed so close to the wall that it is difficult to use.

Excellent Hotel on the edge of the fine town of Den Bosch

Excellent hotel in all ways, 10 mins from the city of Den Bosch with the countryside on the doorstep,very clean good breakfast free parking ect.

The towels were changed every day, even they were not on the floor, instead I found a big black spider on my pillow ! The hotels restaurant - good food, but many things were depending on the waiter.

We were a group travelling for an exhibition . At the check in,the lady at the reception tryed to add 200 euros on top of the price received on reservation,which was not pleasant at all,she went changed it back when I told her. The price for breakfast - the same one put the price for my 6 years old doughter at the same price with mine. Stupid,ha ? Very bitter taste. The rest,ok.

Een prachtige kamer voor een redelijke prijs,wij komen weer voorbij!

Wij waren heel erg tevreden met onze kamer Nr. 235. Belangrijk is dat de sfeer binnen in het hotel goed is! Aardige personeel! Ben vaak onderweg in hotels, maar voor het geld wat wij voor onze kamer betaald hebben kan vaak geen andere hotel mee concurreren! Wij komen in iedergeval weer terug in dit Hotel! Denk als de bouwput in de toekomst weg is dat de ligging dan ook beter wordt!!

Voor de oudere Gasten denk ik dat het vaak moeilijk is om de weg te vinden naar het Restaurant of receptie!

path from building farthest away from dining room is not clearly laid out, making it a challenge and quite a distance to get to the lobby and dining room.

Restaurant food and service (evening) NOT good but we were given discount and a big apology. Sliding door to bathroom not good. Wires hanging everywhere from ceilings not good. Lighting in rooms rather poor.

I really enjoyed my stay in this Hotel. Everyone was friendly and the food was perfect.
