    Plus-minus

    neat room, very good bathroom.

very hard beds reception could pay more attention. Fore instance they forgot to disable my credit card, while I already payed everything. In my opinion they did not listen well to complaints.

“My tip: quality of food is good.”

The hotel was exactly what I wanted for a short visit to The Hague.

The staff were friendly, very helpful and the evening meal was excellent. The room was large, comfortable and clean. The bathroom was well laid out with a large shower area. the easy access doors to the car park were ideal for loading and unloading the car. The staff spoke very good English.

The only minor fault was that the night staff were unable to locate an iron, but that was rectified quickly by the morning staff.

“My tip: The week menu in the restaurant was excellent value for money.”

Thank you for a nice stay

Easy to find Hotel. Comfortable. Good food breakfast and dinners. Have been staying, eating at the Bijhorst since 1970, so it has always been my first choice.

    None to note of.

“My tip: My preferred location to stay in Holland and very near to excellent road and rail systems.”

It was very quiet during the night.

The mattress was a little too hard for me.

“My tip: Tip for hotels use a mattress with two sides hard and soft side, so the client can choose after testing.”

location is excellent for visiting friends and family near The Hague. Wassenaar s beach is nearby and worth a visit.

The fridge was not connected neither was the TV cable plugged in or the TV connected with an outlet. It took us a while to figure out what was wrong....

This is our go-to hotel for The Hague area.

Friendly efficient staff, who speak English very well Room was quiet and had all amenities we want Bathroom had walk in shower and ample shelves and surface area for toiletries Our rate incl breakfast and free parking - major plus for the area!

no bath mat, but enough regular towels to compensate

“My tip: This hotel is away from frequent public transportation, so a car would be handy.”

    Will not stay there again.

Great staff, excellent service, good food.

Noise in the room from outside traffic. Did not get a decent night sleep. No tea / coffee making facility in the room. Also the internet service was more often off than on and was unbelievably frustrating.

    “My tip: Stay somewhere else”

    Breakfast and dog

We were able to have our dog staying with us. This was only 7 euro. The food was excellent.

As this was our first time at the hotel, nobody seemed interested intelling us how the buffet breakfast worked. We were left standing around for a while, then asked where we should sit. Another guest told us how everything operated, and we were glad as the staff did not seem interested in doing so.
