In Welgelegen the staff gladly assists you to make your stay a lovely one, but also to inform you about typical Frisian sports such as fierljeppen (pole jumping over ditches) and skutsjesilen (sailing in special shallow-draught Frisian boats), but also about archery, fishing or about the many walking, canoeing and cycling routes.

Guests can enjoy private access to the top floor where the Budget, Sunset and Comfort Rooms are located. The shared toilets and shower are situated next to the rooms on the same floor. The attractively furnished rooms offer a lovely view over the surrounding landscape. The breakfast room in the vestibule functions as a relaxing room during the day and in the evening. You can also unwind on the outdoor terrace and in the garden. If you are staying in the cosy gyspy wagon, you can make use of the shower and toilet on the campsite. A breakfast service is available at an extra charge.
