Friendly family-run hotel well situated in a pleasant residential neighbourhood. Parking on site, no check-in delay, walking distance to town centre shops. We would recommend the hotel on this basis and the convenience for the airport and EUR90 for a week s park-sleep-fly package.

The flight path is a shock if you re not used to it. The aircraft mostly stop after midnight but then before breakfast were were wide awake at the first morning rooooooaaaarrrrrrr overhead. Room and bathroom were OK if a little compact to open out a full sized suitcase. One disappointment was the half hour wait to be collected upon arrival back at Schiphol. We had just missed the transfer bus which was understandable, however back at the hotel there were 2 empty busses standing in the car p

Clean comfortable, helpful staff, situated in a lovely village 20 minutes outside the Dam excellent rail link so getting into the Dam no problems with transport.all in all had a pleasant stay would definitely stay again.

Very nice rooms and excellent beds. We stay for one night every year before we go back to South Africa. Easy to get a shuttle to the airport.

No lift. But we could leave our luggage in a safe place downstairs.

Zwanenburg the place to stay and discover!

the hotel provided us with a lot of comfort, the location is great especial for children as there is a animal farm and a outdoor play center with a pool the cost is only 1Euro for the day. Zwanenburg is a lovely town with nice shops and eating places. Breakfast in the hotel is too expensive but there are places around where you can buy better food. We would come again as the parking at the hotel is a plus.

Close to the airport but the planes stop flying at 10pm and won't resume till 6am. Breakfast to expensive for what is on offer.

The shuttle service was perfect just what I needed. The room was old but very clean and cozy. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean. Dinner was excellent maybe a little over priced but the chef and wonderful staff made up for it. For my quick over night stay it was fantastic! There is a little bar to sit at in the restaurant that the local seemed to use and a pool table/ small gaming room. I would say it was great for a little bit older crowd and families.

reception ist open until late in the night, acceptable price quality ratio, kindly service personnel, flexible breakfast times, the hotel is actually a good idea for business travel with car, if you can find a free parking space in the evening -> see below

Poor value in total. stair carpet worn badly on two treads. ref; safety. rooms tired, need refurbishment. Very Noisy around main entrance, below room 21. Adjoining rooms very noisy.

A very disappointed stay at a hotel that does not deserve it's 3 stars

Hotel is fairly easy to find and accessible, free parking is a bonus.

Pictures of the rooms on the website do not reflect reality. Rooms are very small, quad room did not have two double beds as shown but had 1 double and 1 bunk bed and not even enough space to put luggage down, let alone walk to the bathroom. No hair dryer in the room. Receptionist not very welcoming or helpful.
