This hotel is perfect for visiting Old Zwolle on the budget

close to old city, reasonably close to the train station (I walked both ways with my baggage, no problem for stronger traveler), very quiet, clean, superfriendly staff, awesome hot water

have to pay for WiFi and breakfast separately, I prefer it bundled

Convenient to town centre.

Very hot and noisy room - do not accept room 215 - it is by the lift and over the main door. Food was poor value with little choice & alleged hot food was cold due to spirit heaters having burnt out. This was easily the worst of all the hotels we stayed in in NL.

Ideally located budget hotel.

Staaf dwaling with problems not really friendly and supportive... Was aspecting a bit more hospitality and maturity to deal with ceartain request ?!

Great hotel for the money and great location

easy to find, good location especially for gigs at Hedon. Beds were comfy, kettle in room which I know the brits always appreciate. Staff were fabulous.

Room was dusty and the light outside attracted all the bugs to come in and join us. Be careful if you wear black to not sit on the beds!

Located near to the town centre, staff helpful and accomodating, breakfast reasonable, room was tidy

room in the attic, needed repainting, no shower cap, on internet it said free internet, which was not true as you had to buy a card. Parking was very restricted as the employees parked there. So we had to pay. we did not have breakfast because it was too expensive

Pleasant city-break in Zwolle

We were very comfortable in the hotel, thank you. The in-room coffee and tea making set was very welcome, and the breakfast buffet was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful.

it was very clean all over the hotel. it was close too the Ijselhallen. easy to find the hotel. Good service when we arrived and leaved the hotel.

Dinner. we had asked for a table 9 uhr in the evening. We just have over dinner after 10. Other gest in the resturant, who comes after us, have dinner befor us. And then we got it, it was cold and not good. No excuse. We dont eat there the last evening! Thats way we just give 1 for service. The pillow was too hard for me and my family

I can only say that we were meet with excellent courtesy and the staff was so kind and helpful. The food ´was excellent, I will absolutely use this hotel again.
