The kitchen joined the Euro-Toques organisation some years ago. This is an organisation for professional chefs wishing to promote the use of honest, natural food. As such, de Stadsherberg shows that it greatly values healthy, honest and tasty food. The hotel's café is a very nice place to enjoy a drink. The patio belonging to the sun room is also very busy in the summer.
