Every day, Hotels.nl compares the hotel room prices of its affiliated hotels with prices offered on other booking sites. And that's why we dare to offer you a best price guarantee. If you book a hotel through Hotels.nl and you happen to find a lower price for the same room type and the same date elsewhere online, Hotels.nl will pay you back the difference.
What does this mean for you?
If you've found a cheaper offer on another hotel booking site, and this complies with the conditions below, we kindly request that you inform us of this within 24 hours of making the booking. If the information is correct, Hotels.nl will pay you back the difference.
You can pass this information on through "My Booking"
We will then need you to supply the following information:
- the name of the other hotel booking site
- the price on the other hotel booking site, in Euros
- the URL of where you have found this information
to go to the customer interface.
(You can find your PIN code in your booking confirmation.
Hotels.nl will pay you back the difference under the following conditions:
- Existing booking: You must have an existing booking at Hotels.nl. So please do not cancel your booking!
- Same room type: The lower rate that you have found must apply to the same room type and facilities.
- Same pricing structure: The lower rate that you have found on another website must be structured in exactly the same way (incl. or excl. breakfast; incl. or excl. city tax; the same booking and cancellation policies).
- Same travel dates: The lower rate that you have found must apply to the same travel period (i.e. the same arrival and departure dates).
- Within 24 hours: You must fill in this form within 24 hours of making your booking.
Not applicable to:
- periods during fairs and events;
- group bookings from 9 persons;
- rates shown on the website of the hotel itself;
- special discount rates which can only be booked with a membership card, gift voucher and/or discount voucher;
- non-refundable rates.
