I would like to see real cups in the rooms. The plastic ones worked but were not terrific.

The best location to travel around different cities in belgium. Just oppositte central station. Train, the best way to travel from antwerpen to brugges, gent or brussels. A loft of restaurants around the hotel. Perfect service room and cleaning room. Complete breakfast include in the price.

very convenient to main railway station and zoo which we visited security was very good and very helpful staff kept our luggage the next day after checking out this enabled us to sight see.
some confusion with girl at check in re city tax which she deducted 2.69 but we thought it was contained within booking also no guide to restaurants in locality and unfortunately we ended up in a very poor quality chinese restaurant.

adjacent to one of the most attractive railway stations I have seen in Europe
There are too many minus points to be listed in this box and they are the subject of a seperate e-mail to the director at the hotel and some were discussed with the housekeeping manager before we left. I would definitely not stay at this hotel again.

Large room and good location. Breakfast(buffet) is also excellent.
Bath room was not so clean, and somehow we coould not have warm water when we took a shower.
