The hotel was easy to find and close to underground parking. it was very easy to walk down the main street to all the sites but not in a crowded area. The owners were very helpful with maps suggestions and the breakfast was very nice.
The room was on the small side, we struggled abit with somewhere to put luggage as we were there as part of a longer trip so had quite a big suitcase.
“My tip: We enjoyed a meal at Beer n Ribs plus waffles at the Gingerbread tearoom. There are some shops selling loose tea as well as a lot of chocolate ”

Location is very good. Few minutes walk from train station, restaurants, city center, parks. And the hotel is in a quite street. Very cosy and friendly small hotel. Comfortable and very clean.
Only minus point is a minor one No fresh juice at breakfast and quality of jam honey could be better for the price of the room.

1.The floor of the room is not flat
2. It's really steep and narrow of the stairs, inconvenient to carry the laggage upstairs.

It was a very comfortable stay and within a short walk to the town centre and the train station. The host made us feel welcome and provided us with information about places to visit, facilities available (eg post office etc). Included breakfast was wonderful, there was variety.
The stairs especially when you have big cases but somehow you get used to it.

It was spotless and very comfortable. Hotel is in a great location and easy access to the older centre of Brugges. The welcome was pleasant and efficient. We loved having the extra space in the deluxe(apartment style) room. We would recommend this hotel to others.
It advertised tea and coffee making facilities but provide no coffee or teabags. These would have been welcome.
