Hotel Siru is situated on Place Rogier, in one of Brussels' oldest buildings. Excellent public transport links will take you from one of the many stops located on the square to the Financial District, the European Community and notable tourist sights, such as Grand Place. Brussels' city centre is only a 5-minute walk away.
Budget, trendy and business are the three words which best describe Hotel Siru. The front of the building features eye-catching neon colours. Vibrant (seasonal) colours are also incorpoated in the building's interior whereby each room has its own individual ambience. The rooms come with a small fridge, a flatscreen television featuring local and international channels and an ensuite bathroom with toiletries. Free WiFi is available throughout the entire hotel.
Surroundings
You can enjoy excellent public transport links from Hotel Siru. Rogier underground station is only a 200-metre walk away and there is also plenty to discover on foot. Within 12 minutes you'll find yourself on Grand Place, which is surrounded by attractive historic guild halls and the Town Hall. Close to the hotel are plenty of lovely shops on Rue Neuve as well as bars, nightclubs and a casino.

Travelling alone september 2012
Employees were very nice, very good service. The location is very practical, good public transport connections.
The traffic noise from outside was quite loud, even after I'd closed the window. The windows on a hotel in that location should protect from the noise.
I also didn't like the stone table. When writing my postcards I disliked touching the unpleasantly cold surface. I would have preferred a table made of wood.

Very polite and hospitable staff; location very ideal for business in Central Brussels
I guess you could improve on your wake up calls and taxi booking. I booked for wake up call by 02.30 on 17/03/2012 and a taxi to leave by 03.30 for the airport. I received no wake up call and the taxi never showed up. Luckily the receptionist on duty was able to organise another taxi when I showed up at his desk! All still end well
