Rather than a hotel, this is a complex of holiday appartments, complete with kitchenette, separate living room and small garden / balcony, which is really handy if you are travelling with children and/or staying longer than just a day or so.
While they do provide bedding, you need to remember to bring your own towels, tea towels, and any washing up liquid you may need (a brush and towels for washing up are provided).
