Only 10 minutes away from the Conference Center. Tram 17 stops directly outside the hotel to get into town. We also walked easily to the beach, possibly 20-30 or so minutes nice large rooms, comfortable beds, clean environment, quiet, friendly staff
None. The only problem we encountered was when the credit machine broke down. None of the local banks could help and we needed to go the Central Station to find a currency exchange.
“My tip: several nice restaurants near by and we ate at several, none took credit cards”

Small, cozy hotel. Fabulous customerservice. The hotelowner took personally care of every guest. He was extremely friendly and cairing. Good breakfast including strawberries and fruits, which was brought to the table by the owner himself.
No minibar in the room. Lots of noice from trams in the street outside. Ask for a room towards the inner yard. I had such a room and could still hear the trams quite well, although it was not very disturbing. But can imagine that rooms toward the street are extremely noisy. No elevator, so can be quite a challenge to get heavy suitcases up and down the stairs.

The staff is very friendly and eager to please. This was my 2nd time at this place and I will hopefully return. The breakfast was quite generous, presenting all food groups and served in an attractive manner. Good coffee!!!!
A front room was very warm and noise from the traffic was bothersome at night. However, as soon as a room at the back of the building was free, I received an offer as well as help to move.
“My tip: Trams, stopping very closeby, bring one to and from downtown or the Station. Many nice shops, big and small as well as restaurants are "just around the corner."”

The building is has a warm, homey atmosphere, and the manager is one of the friendliest people I've met in the Netherlands. The included breakfasts are huge and taste excellent.
The billing process was slightly obtuse. Payment wasn't possible until the night before my departure; because it was unclear when the manager departs each evening (10:00 p.m.), I had to stay later than I wanted on check-out day in order to settle up.
