Very nice welcoming by staff.
Nothing, because according to our wish we have been given a quiet room, opposite to the big and noisy current workings on the square before St Baafs Cathedral. So our stay at the hotel was not disturbed and proved to be very pleasant.

The hotel was very accessible by foot from the train station and was ideally situated in the centre of the historical district. The cost/quality ratio was exceptional.
The hotel breakfast was expensive; given the range of nearby alternatives, this was not a problem, however.
