The ladies at the reception were nice.
The room looked very old, room door could not close properly so I heared noise from the hall. Rooms were noisy, you can sometimes hear your room neighbours. The bathroom was terrible, lack of comfort, there was not even a basket or foot mat Price-quality comfort was terrible.

nice breakfast included which was not specified in the booking. Nice spacious dining area with enough room for everyone to enjoy their morning meal. Nice service.Good for a quick stopover but perhaps over priced for what it is-a concrete block without character and an unusually late check in time of 3pm
WIfi was unavailable in my room, and this is something they were aware was an issue but didn't tell me when i asked about it at first checking in, They didnt respond to any of my emails prior to arrival with basic questions. couldnt provide me with the nearest location of an ATM or map of the area at check in.2 single beds shoved together as opposed to 1 double.inconveniently late check in with early check out increasing the dissatisfaction with price.best advice book early in a nicer place.

An excellent hotel with friendly staff who go out of their way to be very helpful in all matters! Always very clean and I really enjoyed my stay there with my family! To the staff, keep up the wonderful job!

The location is near the center of Leeuwarden, thus walking distance
Checking in took more or less half an houre. The hotel was not informes, there was no booking. Room was too small for 3 persons
