Break fast was well organised and well served. the hotel personnel ware amazingly freindly, kind and professional. Well done and continue to look for ways to build on that success and to improve over that.
In this day and age charging guest for wireless internet use in the rooms is a little out of place. If this offer can be free for guest as done in many top hotels it can help fill the rooms and add to customers positive experience in staying in your hotels
