Enormous clean room. Good choice of Tv channels. Excellent breakfast. Lovely gardens - if the weather was better. Easy ample parking. Easy access to Aachen, Maastricht, Mechelen, Valkenburg etc.
Could be hard to get to breakfast room if it was raining - although umbrellas were available.
“My tip: Town hall and cathedral in Aachen are certainly worth seeing.”

Goede service, kwaliteitsproducten in restaurants, mooie ligging en ruime kamers.
Kinderen in de sauna, weinig rust in en rond het zwembad.
“My tip: No”

Prachtige kamer, veel faciliteiten
In ontbijt ruimte te weinig plek voor alle hotelgasten. Dus wachten tot er een plek vrij kwam. Plus lange rij bij koffie apparaten. Knap vervelend.

Nice atmosphere. Friendly service.
Some pieces of furniture are made of plane pressboard. This not acceptable for a hotel of this category. The price of 115¤ per night is o.k. But the regular price of twice as much is definitely too high for this class of hotel.

coffee/water/fresh fruit in the fitness area
There was an annoying compressor/pomp sound during the night, but our complaint was turned down that the \"whistling\" was all over the hotel ... The \"kussenbar\" was out of pillows quite early in the evening ... A little ridiculous that we have to pay for a map of the local wandering routes ...

Staff, spa/fitness, location and style of the building.
The comfort of the room was somewhat basic and the impression a bit \"cold\". Could be more cosy for a historic place like this castle. The wing where we stayed was rather noisy. Especially, noise in the corridors can be heard \"loud and clear\" in the room.
