Hotel Campanile lies within walking distance of the town of Vilvoorde, a former industry town. From Vilvoorde station, Brussels can be easily reached by train in 10 minutes. With such tourist attractions as the statue Manneken Pis, the Grote Markt (central market), and the Atomium, Brussel is well-worth visiting. Brussels, of course, is also the capital city of Europe and therefore has a bustling business centre. The Zaventem International Airport is also not far from the hotel.

Very helpful receptionist when locked out of my car. Mistake with bill corrected- but an apology would have been appreciated. Room very clean neat plenty of hot water
Why no restaurant open at weekend-pizzas hardly an alternative. This could have been made clear when making initial booking The one meal I enjoyed was very good but several meals were off the menu.Lift very unpredictable. Staff very busy but there is always time for a smile

Hotel is hard to find without GPS. Having said that, this small town is a gem. About a 10 minute walk to the downtown with great shops and wonderful on street restaurants. Convient place to park prior to turning in your rental auto and an easy drive to the airport.
Only negative is that the carpets need replacements. Rooms are small but clean and beds comfortable.

Very good and friendly service from the staff, the food was excellent, rooms were clean, very comfortable beds, easy parking, location near Vilvoorde station, computer with internet available in the lounge.
Rooms were rather thin-walled, television noises from guests next door (on the other hand the sounds from outside were no problem). Limited choice in television channels.

very good food, at competitive prices, comfortable beds, nicely presented. efficient and respectful staff. hygenic, and nice neutral decor. with all mod cons
not very scenic, but i know vilvoorde is an industrial town, so maybe some nice big trees planted outside to give the scenic quality and attract wildlife and to take away the industry feel
