Great location, lovely receptionist Great view over the canal. If you get a canal view room
Dated, tired and in need of renovation. No lift and very steep stairs, no porter to help with luggage Our kids are 10 and 12 and they thought the family room was creaky Broken shower screen Not even a bar of soap in the bathroom just one if those manky soap dispensers, no heating in bathroom Small old hard towels Plastic cups, no kettle This is a budget budget budget hotel that could be fantastic if someone spent some money on it I saw the breakfast room. I wouldn't eat in it.

Good location, good food choices nearby. Perfect for 3-4 days. Rooms were large which was an unexpected surprise for a european hotel. Walk to everything including flower market, nightlife, etc. Or, take the street car for things a bit further. Hotel is on a busy street with lots of pedestrian traffic, autos, and street cars. Sleeping with the windows open would be difficult. But, with windows closed, it's pretty quiet. There are no nightclubs in the immediate vicinity which is makes the evenings a little quieter. Usually hotels in this price range are above loud, all night clubs. This one is not. In all, a pleasant stay in a great location.
Narrow stairways, no elevator. If you can't carry your bag up a set or two of stairs, don't stay here.

Fantastic location, very near to the center and the main interesting spots to visit. Comfortable rooms
No lift available, had to climb to the 4th floor. It was not a problem for me but it can be for someone else.

Very friendly staff and nice interior.
Our windows in the room were very drafty and let in the cold. we thought our location was good before we arrived, but never realised how noisy the trams can be. No hot drink facilities in room ehich would have been good. The breakfast selection was not very good.

Good Location
Upon arrival we were told we had a really great room on the top floor, do not stay in this room as it is very small and has a view of ugly roof tops and brick walls. Also windows don\'t offer much security on that level and the staircase going up to the attic (aka best room) is unbelievable, this would be classed as an extreme sport after a few drinks.

location, hospitality
4 stairs without lift, you should prevent customers before booking. For young people like us ok but if I was 75, It would have been a nightmare to climb to my room...
