Nice room, and friendly staff. Helpful with my luggage, that I could store after check out

The process of check in was not very nice as I had to put my card again, paying 50 more than the rate, after already putting it online, and then again in the check out. This was very confusing, because it seems that you are paying 3 times. Although they said they didn t charge, I had to put the pin so there s no way I know they are not charging me. Also, I don t like that there s air conditioning instead of heating in the room, as it makes my throat sore.

Close to destination business location.

very poor price quality ratio bath hygiene needs improvement Internet is not by default, although the reservation confirmation states there is Internet included. First there was no access code provided, second the WiFi connection was very poor anyway - barely could connect to the WiFi network and get the access code screen. Quality of the TV is just low.

Large rooms, perfect for our family, with 2 separate double beds. Friendly and helpful staff, particularly the front desk and the restaurant wait-staff.

A little far from the city center but tram was convenient enough; parking cost seemed high but I guess comparable to other hotels in the area

Location because of our exhibition was very close to your hotel and i had also find good shopping mall near the hotel. Breakfast was fantastic.

I was being charged higher then my other friends stayed on same date and same type of room and i got nothing extra. I am not happy due to that

A well located hotel, close to Rai exhibition centre and also train & tram station was in 4 minutes walk distance, and 20 minutes from Schipol airport by train.

Bed and pillows fantastic - great nights sleep! (where can I buy those pillows???) Clean and hygenic - excellent.

Excellent, Clean Hotel

1) 20 mins from Central Station by tram 4, very close to Tram station. 2) Very good, clean inside environment with 3) With my little 4 months baby they provide extra baby cot and also iron for pressing. 4) Sanitary was also quite neat and clean. In simple words, I like the hotel and felt like i am in my home and will recommend people with family and couples . . . for business trip off course YES! :)

1) Located not in city center but transport is not a problem with GVB public transport that works till midnight or 01:00 AM. 2) Flat screen TV was available but not free of charge that should be free of charges. I couldn't found even a single channel for free.

A Nice Stay in Amsterdam

Putting an iron and a kettle to the rooms is an excellent idea.

We could not find any Turkish tv channel in the menu of television. It will be appreciated to have at least one.

Good option for CFA exam takers

As a CFA exam taker, I found the hotel very convenient - just 15 min walking from the exam center. Nice rooms. Even with the additional charge for city taxes it was a good value for money. The metro (also rail way) station is just 5 min walking.

Could not find the way to make the room a bit warmer. Paying for breakfast of eur 20 is a bit too much. (anyway, you can take something to eat on the railway station which is just 5 min away)

veramente facile da raggiungere. E\' attaccato alla fermata RAI delle ferrovie e al capolinea della linea 4 del tram che in 10/15 min porta in stazione centrale (nel pieno centro della città). I mezzi pubblici funzionano benissimo. Vale la pena fare l\'abbonamento di 3 giorni, facendo così si risparmiano molti soldi. Amsterdam, per molti prodotti, è un po\' più conveniente di milano: l\'unica differenza sono i mezzi pubblici che costano mooolto di più (ma funzionano perfettamente). L\'Offerta \"super saver\" di questo hotel non include la colazione, ma in camera c\'è comunque la macchina del caffè (solubile), the e biscotti. Il personale è gentile e disponibile. Essendo io di Milano, quando ho visto la posizione dell\'hotel rispetto alla città, ho pensato che il viaggio per raggiungere il centro sarebbe stato più lungo, invece amsterdam non è poi così grande. Dal mio punto di vista NON definirei la posizione dell\'hotel come periferica. Non fatevi nessuno scrupolo a risparmiare alloggiando in questo hotel, sono soldi spesi più che bene. Vale più di quel che costa.

Ik heb werkelijk een heerlijk (te kort) verblijf in uw hotel gehad. Schitterende kamer, erg vriendelijk personeel, heb fijn gebruik kunnen maken van uw fitnessruimte en \'s avonds nog even gezellig in de bar kunnen toeven. Niets dan goeds!

A perfect hostel (renovated in the ongoing year) with high standard room ! Excellent location (end of tram line 4).

Convenient to reach, but we failed to find your location in the local map! It is better to tell people how to get to your hotel by bus or train in your confirmation letter!

Location is good. Service is excellant.

Poor Lobby, just couple of chairs. Business Center, is in the lobby. Gem is a small room in the ground floor. Price is high, the novotel hotel is just 10 meters away, and is bigger with better lobby and half the price.
