Hotel The Neighbour's Magnolia (formerly Hotel Zandbergen) is a privately owned B&B hotel. Staff will do their utmost to ensure you have a memorable stay. They'll gladly help you with tickets for attractions and museums, bike hire (with a packed lunch should you wish) or just a pleasant chat. And for some relaxation, there's the LivingRoom with an honesty bar.

You'll also find many extra facilities in the colourful corridors. A comfortable, safe environment has been created for female guests travelling alone. Moreover, free WiFi is available throughout the hotel.

Travelling alone maart 2014
Lovely hotel in nice area, convenient for trams to various locations. Several restaurants nearby also small supermarket within 5 min walking. I had a single person room (Room 7) which had a very comfortable bed and was not too small. Nicely decorated and furnished in a modern style and very clean. Very good value. Friendly and helpful staff.
None really, but other travellers may want want to consider these points My room was at the front of the hotel and there was some noise from traffic outside, (when the window was open) but this did not bother me personally. Also the stairs are quite steep, which may be a problem for people with infirmities. However, the staff are quite happy to help you with your luggage.

Travelling alone augustus 2013
A very friendly place with an atmosphere resembling a B&B, but with all the advantages of a well-run hotel. Breakfast is a good deal for the price and the location is superb for museums and Concertgebouw with easy access by streetcar to the city center.
Even though the double window cut out a lot of the traffic sound, I was glad I brought my ear plugs! Be sure to ask for a room at the back when you make your reservation.

Awesome helpfull staff - they are just great and make the Zandbergen a real nice place to stay.
Rooms facing the street can be more noisy due to street traffic
