Good value for the price. Wish there was AC.

The breakfast was delicious. The staff are pleasant and helpful. Beds were pretty comfortable. The mini safe was good to have. Right next to the tram stop that takes you directly to the airport!

Not air conditioned!! You can open with glass door, but we were on the ground level next to a parking lot, so it was too risky.

An affordable hotel with helpful staff all in a great location.

Great location to the market, heineken, vondelpark and van gogh & rijkmuseums but still close to the city centre and other main attractions. Was fantastic to be able to park our car at the hotel and staff were very helpful.

Our room was on the Stadhouderskade side which meant it was a little noisy with the cars and foot traffic. It was also very easy to hear people within the rooms around us.

    Nice but almost there

friendly staff were really helpfull and made me feel at home which i think is very important.

Think the rooms should be fitted with Airconditioning systems, the weather cant always be what u\'ve known it to be. It was hot and my room was on the ground floor so leaving the window open meant noise from traffic and cigarette fumes from smokers outdoor. That wasnt nice at all.

Seasons Hotel : What you see is what you get.

Its was very close to the centre, you could get to the centre if you walked 10-15 min.

Well, this hotel is one that serves it purpose: to give you a bed to sleep in. Dont expect lluxurious accomodations or any other sort of thing (butler, etc.) I think I payed more than what I got.

    be aware of roadworks

breakfast OK and location would generally have been good apart from the works going on outsude the hotel

Bed not comfortable and tight fit againt the wall Works going on outside meant we were woken by contractors early in the morning Would have thought Internet access could have been free rather than 5euros per hour still a bit pricey for size of room

    Great location - sloppy service

    location great and clean rooms

Check in disastrous gave them our booking confirmation with our name and address togther with our passports ut they still managed to book us in under totally different names and addresses and its our fault this happened!!!!! Also took forever!!!! We had booked a late check out but yet our room was locked out at 12 and not 4 as we had booked and were told that it would be €10 per hour after that - again not what we had booked!!! Basicially reception staff awful 3 hours to get an extra pillow so much for their 15 min policy or stay free !!!!

    Okey 3star hotel in Amsterdam

People at the hotel desk were kind and nice. Breakfast tasted good, and it was neat and tidy. Quiet both in the hotel and outside at night.

Instead of replacing coffecups we had used for drinks in the room, with new washed ones, the cleaninglady only wiped them \"clean\". We could se that they were still dirty. That\'s a BIG minus. It would have been nice to have been made aware that you had to book the shuttle bus to the airport.

Decent Location...but construction is no good.

The hotel was in a decent location...tram is close...and cabs are not too bad.

OMG the noise!!! If you are a couple...on a romantic getaway..this is not the hotel for you. I think the walls are made of cloth. You can hear everything going on with every room on your floor

    Convenient location, very adequate hotel.

Everything was very well done, most especially the breakfast ladies who did such a good job preparing the food. Desk staff were most helpful.

I think they should have vacuumed the front stairs, they were needing it the whole time of our visit.

    Staff friendly . Helpful.

Balcony area filthy. When venturing out there, was treading dirt and rubbish in, therefore making more work for cleaner.

Generous breakfast, nice people on reception desk, tram stop nearby, nice district, very warm room.

A bit far from downtown (about 20 minutes walk), check-out time (11 a.m - however they gave us a 40-minute extension), triple room was quite small. Tip: If you get lost, walk at the RIGHT side of Amstel canal. Always hold a map, it\'s better not try to pronounce the address unless you are native :-)
