We appreciated the free Internet, the excellent beds, the quiet location, the helpful staff, the yummy buffet breakfast, and felt comfortable and safe. We were able to walk to Antwerp Central Station with no problem.

Very near to diamond district. Good aircondition. Helpful staf. Free internet. Good tv channels. Comfortable.
Astronomic parking fee 17 Euro. Parking area doesn't have direct entrance to the hotel.

Great price. Comfortable beds. Very close to the central station, as well as the (very jewish) diamond district. Very pleasing breakfast offering.
Bathroom looked somewhat old (rusty, damaged handle in the bathtum for example). Missing shower gel in the available shower gel dispenser. Did they just forget to refill it? Kind of amateuristic.
Unusual TV set with built in internet, movies and ordinary TV channels. Sounds great, but it isn't clear what's free and what needs to be paid for, so the result is a very careful customer who ends up sticking with regular television.
No safe to put valuables in.
But honestly, the hotel is great for the price you pay.
