Convenient to explore Ghent. Room clean and staff helpful and friendly.
Room small, air conditioning didnt seem to work and with the window open traffic noise was loud. Breakfast quality poor.

Both girls at reception were really nice, approachable and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the room seemed really clean. It was a pleasure staying here for a night but I suppose I would prefer a little more luxury if staying for more than two.
The internet connection on the hotel's public computer was quite slow and I couldn't print my particular airline's boarding pass so had to go to an internet cafe. Breakfast was too overpriced so we ate elsewhere.
