If you prefer to leave your car at the hotel, you can take the tram that stops next to the hotel. Many guild houses and lovely canals can be found in the historic city centre. Interesting sights such as 'de Graslei' canal, 'Gravensteen' castle and the St. Baafs cathedral are all within walking distance. Ghent houses many atmosheric and stylish restaurants and bars, and it is a great place for shopping as well.

Hotel is at the Flanders Expo site, which has nothing around it or going on. However, it is close to a very handy tramline that takes you straight into Ghent. Runs every 20 minutes.
