Gasterij Het Oude Posthuys is established in an old post office in the centre of the charming city of Leerdam and offers several standard rooms, superior rooms and one spacious junior suite, which can also be booked as a honeymoon suite. All rooms are elegantly furnished in a warm boutique style.

Surroundings
Leerdam lies on the river Linge and has been known for years as the city of glass. Apart from the glass factories and various galleries featuring glass art, this city also houses the National Glass Museum. Here you can learn all about the history of glass and you can see a presentation by professional glass blowers. The forts Everdingen and Asperen are close to Leerdam and form part of the Dutch strip of land flooded as a defence line.
Food and Drink
Breakfast is served daily from 07:00 to 09:00 h, and at weekends from 08:00 to 10:00 h. The restaurant and the bar are open Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 11:00 h, on Thursday from 10:00 h, on Saturday from 12:00 h, and on Sunday from 16:00 h. Private dining is possible at the hotel on request.
From October 15 2020, the hotel has to temporarily close their Sushi & Grill restaurant.
