New Ocean Paradise Hotel lies right in the centre of Rotterdam. This floating hotel offers Chinese service and hospitality. You can enjoy a lovely view of the river Meuse from the hotel. The Euromast tower and the Erasmus University are also nearby and it's easy to travel around the centre.
The 25 hotel rooms come with an Oriental decor and each room is fitted with a bath/shower and a toilet. A hair dryer is available on request. The rooms also feature a television, a telephone, air conditioning, a safe and tea and coffee facilities. Most rooms offer a view of the river Meuse.
Surroundings
The New Ocean Paradise Hotel lies on the river Meuse in the heart of Rotterdam, close to sights such as the Euromast, where you can take in a magnificent view of the city from the Euromast tower. The floating hotel is easily accessible; tram line 8 will take you into the centre. Rotterdam is celebrated for its modern architecture, which you can admire during a city walk.

Breakfast is not served at the hotel. However, tea, coffee, milk and orange juice is available between 07:00 and 10:00 for guests to start their day with.You can enjoy culinary specialities from China and the Orient in our à-la-carte restaurant. The restaurant is open from 12:00 until 02:00.Alternatively, allow yourself to be pleasantly surprised by Oriental wok specialities in the Golden Wok restaurant, which is open from 17:00 until 22:00. You can also enjoy a nice drink in the à-la-carte restaurant between 17:00 and 02:00.

Nothing
- Overbooking during marathon. Lots of guest had to change hotel. We had to help French people with a new booking. Managar was not helpful, and would not pay for the parking they had paid to stay at the hotel. They had to relocalize without any compensation from the hotel - Very noisy - Old and not clean (hair in bed and sink) - 50 deposit by card, paid back in cash...

Family rooms are very large and it was possible to place the baby cot easily in the room. Large beds are also a plus.
TV was not working correctly and there was a lot of noise in the area around our room. Maybe due to the fact that it is a boat but this was disturbing the night rest. The hotel would benefit from a certain level of renovation (bathrooms) and windows should be cleaned more often. Coordinate the info on booking websites as we received the information that baby cot was available but it seemed not to be the case after contact with the hotel.

I don t think it comply with even 1 star. Another thing I want to reminder other potential guest is that there is unreasonable thing that the rental is not cheap but it extra 4 charge if pay by Visa.

we were treated well, they gave us a room on the lower floor, we were told it would be quieter and it was. the reception was great and they were really helpful with our questions. The tram to get around was super and easy to use
the only concern (not a problem) was we didn t realize there was a long walk in from the tram, with luggage it was hard but we did enjoy the walking
“My tip: get the all day pass for transportation - it was great the buffet downstairs was excellent, must see the great view from the observation tower across the road approx cost 8.50. The walk around the cannel was great and relaxing”
