The location is great with good metro, tram and boat connections. Close to museums and shops. Fantastic views from the front. Friendly and helpful staff.

Excellent central location, great value for money, tasty breakfast, friendly staff. The 65 Euro weekend deal including breakfast is a killer!

Room and bathroom were really small, but not a major issue for one night. Mattress not firm enough and made me sleep very uncomfortably though.

The location and view was great.

Breakfast could include more fruit options given that is cost 20 Euros..

bathroom very small restaurant closed at 9.30. Another guest turned up at 9.35 and was turned away. i thought the hotel would have been glad of the business. The bar closed at 11pm !!!

Great hotel with a fantastic location

Very friendly reception staff. I was offered an upgrade to a room with a view over the Maas river. The room itself wasn't huge, but was clean and had everything needed. The location is brilliant with great tram and metro links.

Nice bar with friendly lady serving good food at 10 p.m.

Asked for a nice room when I reserved from home long in advance. Got a cell at ca. 5 squere meters. Terrible! Complained and got a nicer, but still quite small room for 100 euro pr. night! Too expencive! - Also very expencive breakfast, 19 euro. Prefered to eat at the Grand cafe near by, half price and very nice. - Bathroom very poor with no shampoo, or bodylotion. I will not recomend this hotel to my friends.

Very enjoyable and convenient stay for a 1 night business trip apart from the noise issue explained below.

VERY thin walls, could hear everything going on in the neighbours room as if they were inside my own!

The bed was comfortable and the hotel was very clean throughout. The breakfast was available at reasonable times and there was good variety.

The walls are very thin - a room across the hall had a party which sounded as though it could have been in our room. The rooms are extremely small, we had to move furniture before being able to use both sides of the bed. The bathroom is also very small. The minibar is more expensive than most.

Great location, great view, lovely room.

Internet was very expensive. Had to pay for full day despite the fact that i used it on the day i checked out for only around half an hour to an hour. Would have appreciated it being a little cheaper!

By this occasion, I felt happy to carry a name of a flower which had been a symbol of common good feelings between two distant and different cultures.

We booked a special deal last minute so it was really good value and in such a beautiful location. The staff were very helpful.

A 20 min walk into town was a bit long in the middle of winter, but there were trams & metro nearby.

Do check in advance whether there is not a noisy even going on on the square opposite the hotel. One has to park in the public garage at extra cost during the night, otherwise one\'s car is an easy target for petty thieves
