Clean and comfortable hotel without costing the earth

very convenient shuttle service to from hotel comfortable beds reception staff very friendly and professional

the cleaning staff seemed to come around in the evening too which was a bit annoying and they were not all particularly friendly

Shuttle service not reliable

Very quiet hotel despite the proximity to the airport. Excellent food served in the restaurant. Easy access to rooms via escalators and lift.

On the day of our arrival, one of your shuttle buses broke down and we had to wait an hour to be picked up from the airport. The next morning, we added an hour of extra time to get back to the airport, but the available shuttles were so full that we couldn t get on until the 4th one and had to rush to make our flight. Half-way through our wait, we asked for a taxi, but couldn t get one either....

“My tip: Allow extra time for the shuttle. If you stay at Ibis, walk over to Ibis Budget since the shuttle picks up from there first.”

A very Convenient and Comfortable Hotel near Schipol Airport

It really was great to have a hotel so convenient to the airport - and to find such a well-appointed room, with everything that we needed

We needed a simple meal and reserved table in the Hotel Restaurant - but we found the meal very over-priced for what we received.

Great overnight for Schiphol

Super clean, super convenient, everything an overnight traveler needs

Restaurant could be better. My tomato soup tasted like it was chopped tomatoes out of a can

The reception was quite quick and efficient I was assigned a room which was not convenient given that I needed to rest in a quiet environment. I went back to the reception and they willingly changed my room to a very quiet floor where I had a very peaceful rest before catching my next flight. The hotel has a free shuttle to and from Schipol airport at convenient times saving one the bother to look and pay for taxis.

Comfortable stay for a late arrival

Good shuttle service to and from Schiphol. The shuttle bus the next morning was full, but the hotel immediately arranged for taxis to take the remaining guests to the airport, which didn t take long at all and was very much appreciated. Good breakfast buffet.

Well placed, easy to reach and good shuttle service. Very convenient.

The facility of luggage store is useful, but rather unsecured since no hotel staff accompanies during placing picking of luggage, only key is handed over to the customer. Neither a receipt is given as to how many piece of luggage have been kept or taken away by the customer. This needs consideration.

This was the first time I used Ibis, it won t be the last. It was an exceptional value for the money. I was very happy with my stay. Also, the staff was wonderful, VERY helpful. I was worried about my wife s arrival at another Ibis, because she gets lost easily, and was travelling in the opposite direction, this staff, made several phone call to their other Ibis hotels trying until they tracked her down to assure me of her safe arrival, FANTASTIC service, they went out of their way to do whate

A plus and minus...the plus being it was close to the hotel with good shuttle service, the minus being that it was on the highway, a bit far from the town center, making it a poor choice for sightseers but an excellent choice for flight connection layover travellers

Hot and uncomfortable.

Attractive sitting areas. Helpful reception staff.

With the day s external temperature at 26 degrees and no perceptible breeze, we found the bedroom temperature intolerably hot. The window could not be opened further than 20 cm. The provided bedding was a winterweight duvet. We were grateful that reception staff were able to provide us with a fan, but it should not have been necessary if the room was properly ventilated.

Great for Park, Sleep and Fly

Could park our car for 12 days (max 21 ) right there on the central lot, no hassle with tickets. Earlier (and faster) shuttle service compared to other Airport hotels (left around 5 05, arrived at 5 20 at Schiphol).

First shuttle bus was overcrowded, but extra vans were used to get everybody to the airport. Baby bed lacked a soft mattress.

Cleanliness, proximity to the airport, shuttle service to and from the airport, price and comfort.

There were only two towels in the room. No Kleenex, hand towels or wash cloths.

Very nice

The staff were very pleasant. It was one of the best hotels I ve stayed at with regard to the service staff.

The shower drain was clogged causing it to drain slowly. It was not real bad just a minor inconvenience.
