Oranje Hotel Sittard is located in the pleasant historic centre of Sittard, opposite the Stadsschouwburg theatre and 500 metres from the railway station. Shops, restaurants and lively cafés all lie within walking distance.

Very easy to get to from station. Handily placed for town centre. Friendly and attentive staff.
Evening meal vastly overpriced...this was not made clear at time of ordering.

This is a top quality hotel. The hotel owners go above and beyond to accomodate guests. The meals in the hotel are delicious and very reasonable. The beds are so comfortable!
We loved the location--very accessible to the bus, train, and shopping areas, as well as the market square.
The bathroom had no place to hang anything! Be aware that first floor in Holland does not mean ground level. If stairs are an issue, look for a larger hotel that has an elevator.

The manager was excellent. He was a great help in getting us information regarding visits to other towns. His cheery greetings on our arrival could not have been better. The breakfast was also good. It was my husband\'s 70th birthday on 17th and he presented us with a glass of champagne each with our breakfast. We were very touched by his kindness.

My friend and I were only in town for one night to see a band play at Ernesto\'s. Very close to the train station and about 10 minute walk from the Markt.
The hotel was slightly overpriced for only being a 2 or 3 star.
