Surroundings

There is plenty to see and do within walking distance from the hotel in the historical Belgian city of Turnhout. This city has a lovely atmosphere, teeming with little bars and outdoor cafés. Stroll along the harbour, walk in to the National Playing Card Museum or the Taxandria Museum. The old Sint-Pieterskerk houses a splendid pulpit and altar. The Beguinage is featured on the UNESCO World Heritage List, and is well worth visiting. For some contemporary culture, you can visit De Warande culture house, which has alternating arts and culture exhibitions and festivals. The cities of Antwerp and Eindhoven lie within 40 kilometres of the hotel. And kids will love a trip to the Bobbejaanland theme park.

Food and Drink

A hot and cold breakfast buffet is available in the attractive breakfast area. Breakfast is served on weekdays from 07:00 until 10:00, and at weekends from 08:00 until 11:00. A room service breakfast is available, and it's even possible to order a packed lunch. The adjacent restaurant is open on Tuesday to Sunday from 12:00 until 15:00, and from 16:30 until 22:30. The hotel does not have a bar, but you can order a drink in the lounge via reception.
