Fletcher Hotel-Restaurant De Mallejan is reminiscent of an English country house, perfectly in keeping with its rural, woody surroundings. What's special is that guests are able to hire stables at the hotel so that they can bring their own horse. There are also plenty of trails starting at the hotel. Cultural history buffs will love a trip to Amersfoort. Apeldoorn and Zwolle are nice places to go shopping, and around 30 kilometres from the hotel. After a busy day out, it's lovely to unwind in the lounge or on the heated outdoor terrace. This terrace is also the perfect spot to sit and enjoy a drink when it's sunny.
The attractive hotel has a modern yet classical interior with a warm, royal touch that is also carried through into the luxurious hotel rooms. All rooms come with an en-suite bathroom with a bath or shower and a toilet. The rooms furthermore feature a hair dryer, a radio-alarm clock, a telephone and a television. Five well-equipped conference rooms are available for business meetings. Bike hire is available at reception and the hotel has a bike shed. In Apeldoorn you can visit Palace Het Loo, the Julianatoren theme park or the Apenheul. The old harbour town of Harderwijk is also fun to explore as you stroll through its historic little streets, and where you'll find the Dolfinarium.
Food and Drink
A continental breakfast buffet is available from Monday to Friday from 07:00 until 10:00, and at weekends from 08:00 until 10:30. It is also possible to have breakfast earlier, please enquire at the reception. The excellent à la carte restaurant offers a menu inspired by French cuisine. The menu features lovely seasonal dishes with ingredients such as truffles, poultry and mushrooms. The kitchen staff will gladly take into account any dietary preferences. After a fabulous meal you can enjoy a leisurely stroll through the hotel's vast grounds, or a nice drink in one of the pleasant bars.
