Good place to stay at a reasonable price.

The beds were very comfortable and the folks working there were kind.

The hotel asks that you leave the key at the front desk when you leave, very annoying and not convenient. The breakfast was unusual for me as an American, not really what I call breakfast, but something to put in your belly before a long day of exploring the Dutch cities.

The location is great, as the hotel is close to the beach and the city and has a public car park in front of the door. The staff is very friedly and helpful. I liked the maritime design of the breakfast room.

room is way too small, beds are uncomfortable and too small. Bathroom too small, toilet moves when you sit on it (cause it's correctly attached to the floor), shower is very old, too little water pressure. Handle on window is broken, so opening window is difficult.

Small, clean, pleasant hotel near to beach and shops.

Spacious room. TV with many channels including BBC 1 and BBC 2 (!). Little fridge. Good continental breakfast. Regular and efficient cleaning. Free internet access in lobby. Helpful staff. Place to lock bikes if you hire.

No balcony in room but a couple of rooms do have balconies so booking possible.

A very pleasant hotel to stay at....will go again

Friendly and helpful staff. Good value. Very clean. Quiet. Kettle, minibar, CD player with relaxing classical CDs, free reliable Wi-Fi, complimentary tea, coffee and cup-a soup. Close to beach. Very relaxing apmostphere. Just what I needed for a relaxing break.

Single room was a bit small, but clean, bright and very well equipped. Safe was too small for a laptop.

I am an American and was on a business trip. Internet access was great and essential for me. Easy to get to RAI for the exhibition and to Haarlem where a customer has offices via nearby train station. Charming artistic decor. Nice bar/lounge and library. Breakfast room looking onto court-yard garden was very pleasant. Staff was warm and went out of their way to be helpful.

I welcomed walking up stairs to the third level, but some might feel otherwise.

It may be a 3 Star hotel, But 5 Star service. Great time would spend time there again.

Room was a little small when travelling with a load of bike gear and luggage (but it was a single!)

The hotel did provide complimentary parking, suggested a number of good restaurants and offered a welcome drink. I also found the atmosphere very cozy - from the reading library to the comfortable rooms.

When I booked, the web site stated \"free parking.\" Upon arrival, I was told that the policy had changed.
