Good, central location Nice, well equipped apatment Comfortable beds, big bathroom

Noisy apartment, esp. at night Not an interesting view from the window Did not like the system of reservation and booking through the CC all the details of my CC were taken twice in case of possible no payment on my side ( not safe)

The location of the hotel was brilliant The security was great where you can feel safe The rooms were cleaned including the bathroom

The Internet service was too low I would recommend more days of the cleaning service - I don't think that twice a week is enough

Месторосположение шикарное, вид на канал, 5 мин. до центральной площади, 3 мин. до вокзала, рядом множество кафешек, ресторанчинков и т.д. Номера просторные, оборудованны всем необходимым, кухня с электроплитой, микроволновка, кофеварка, тостер, есть весь набор посуды, утюг,

нас это не беспокоило, но возможно, если вы едете с детьми, то иногда бывает шумновато ночью, но там, кстати, для этого случая даже предусмотрены беруши для каждого,:)

with windows to channel and ground floor no minus points you don't suffer from street party with very loud music almost do not hear probably like all amsterdam apartment can be difficalt for elders not ground floor-not easy stairs

non regular house keeping, my TV had problem during whole stay and no one fixed it.

Location was excellent, the canal view from living room was perfect. Room service was so kindlt and helpful about our needs. There was a warm welcome basket which includes cofee,tea,drinking water, sugar, milk and some snacks and it was free. We totally felt in our home. We would love to come back again.

Bedroom was noisy because of bars, but they almost closing at 1am. You will find earplugs on bedside cabinet.

My stay at the

Staff was very helpful - especially when the TV became detached from the wall. The location is excellent being right across the street from the central train station. I really like the setup in the apartment - the entryway separated from all the other rooms, the window looking down on Zeedijk below, the kitchen and the ability to cook in it, the large ceiling windows in the bedroom, and the heated floor in the very spacious restroom. I will be looking forward to staying at another NH Hotel when i return to Europe.

The main TV was not mounted properly to the wall and when extended on it's arm it became detached from the wall mount and fell forward. This caused a minor inconvenience however the staff worked diligently to resolve this in a very timely manner.
