this was a great hotel, the location of it was central and quiet. the room was very comfortable, and the bed was amazing. the breakfast was wonderfull.

at the first place we got a room which had 3 stairs at the enterance of the room, which seperated between the room itself and the bathroom. It was uncomfortable and it is not safe. to our request, the hotel changed our room, to another room which was wonderfull.

The concierge and front desk service was very good. One of the better groups I have encountered.

The bar is very nice when it is open; but why does the bar not open until 5 pm? Sometimes on holiday you want tea and a snack or a beer before 5pm.

I have stayed in this facility few times, location is grate. Hotel stuff service is the best I have experienced in the Netherlands. It looks like it is a policy guided by the management. it is unique to the Radisson in the landscape of Amsterdam Luxury hotels

Great place to stay. Close to everything, but quiet street location. Staff all VERY friendly and helpful, public areas and rooms were spotless. Will definately stay there again this year.

No work sauna. Innatentive and noprofessional staff on reception deck. Let check the ventilation (some time it smell as municipal sewerage) and paint the ceiling near door in 338 room because it is no serious for first class hotel business room.

We didn\'t like the room facing into the foyer, and would have preferred a window facing outwards onto a streetscape.

Small bathroom, it seemed quite old or not very clean. For double business room we had one bathrobe and no slippers.
