Radisson Blu Astrid Hotel Antwerpen is situated in the centre of the 'diamond city'. The hotel is established in a characteristic building that was designed by the renowned American architect Michael Graves. The hotel rooms are equipped with air conditioning and all kinds of modern amenities. All rooms are fitted with wireless Internet, a desk, cable television and a safe. You can also opt for a Radisson Blu Deluxe Room, with a breathtaking view of Antwerp, or for the luxury of a suite.

Radisson Blu Astrid Hotel Antwerpen is perfectly situated, right in the city centre. You can easily explore the city on foot. a nice wellness space and fitness room. a nice breakfast buffet with a large choice and the view on the grand station while having breakfast. a nice comfortable big bed e nice location near to the central station of Antwerp
unfortunately a technical problem in the bathroom we couldn t take a shower because of a defect only super hot water. The TV remote was not working and room seemed to be prepared for single use (only 1 big towel, 1 shampoo,...). Maybe we received a less nice room as we booked a special promo Nevertheless we we re still happy with the price quality of this hotel.

The greatest thing was being at a transportation hub for Europe and Belgium in general, and Antwerp in particular.
Having the Astrid trolley platform right under the hotel. The porter gave excellent directions, including use of the "Lijn".
Having bikes available for the guests was a nice touch.
Having BBC available on the TV was a plus for us English speakers.
Beautiful interior.
Free luggage storage for those of us on business after check-out.
No porter service available or offered at check in.
Club Carlson card not offered.
The neighborhood was a little sketchy, though the girl on the corner advertising her "service" was very cute.

Hotel is located very central.
Even though we booked a smoking room it does mean that it has to smell so bad. We have better experience in other hotels with smoking rooms where the room is clean and doesn't smell.

Hotel location nearby center of Antwerp it's still far to walk.
Personal are friendly only gif tip if they bring your luggage upstares otherwise you get unfriendly face.

Uitgebreide fitnessruimte, whirlpool, stoombad en sauna.
Restaurant serveert prima eten.
Goede bedden.
Gratis wifi.
Onderhoud hotel kan beter, er zijn nog reparaties uit te voeren, deurhendels stuk en wisselende watertemperatuur in douches.
Hygiene in douches bij zwembad niet in orde.
Ontbijt is uitgebreid, maar niet echt lekker.

Too expensive for what it was. I had to provisionally re-arrange one of my nights stay with another sister hotel, as initially the 3 days I requested were not available, but on arrival after again requesting that I needed to stay for another night, the hotel advised that I could stay, but the rate had gone up significantly, from €189 - €219. This is not good business practice to instil loyalty.

Excellent service, staff was very friendly and helpful.
Superb location, metro station was right in front of the hotel and there was another metro station underneath the hotel.
Double bed had no double duvet.

Gunstige ligging t.o.v. het winkelcentrum en uitgaansgelegenheden. Heerlijk ontbijtbuffet en mooie kamers. Vooral het bed was geweldig (in tegenstelling tot veel andere hotels).
Parkeertarief voor de auto in de garage vrij hoog.

mooi hotel, mooie kamers, uitstekend ontbijd.
2e nacht deden de lampen in de badkamer het niet meer, werden direct geupgraded naar een business kamer op dezelfde verdieping.

Excellent location near the train station. Good breakfast facilities. Rooms well laid out and very comfortable. Ideal hotel for a city break.
Swimming pool / jacuzzi are nice but smaller than it looks in photos :-(

Hard to find a modern restaurant in neighberhood. Closest by is Appelmans at 20 minutes walk.
