Room was beautiful, clean and comfortable
2 members of the waiting staff were downright rude a male and a female waitress too. Although I was booked on a coach party I had booked my room separately, we were spoken to as if we were 2nd class citizens, like cattle. The male waiter was so rude and his body language was appalling. He let the hotel down. The buffet for the coach party was substandard and I upgraded and paid for breakfast because of this. I was disgusted.

TV didn't work in our first room
Staff was helpful in moving us to another room where TV worked
Then late at night, we find that we have no phone service in the room and could not access a wake-up call

The TV and heating were very good in the room and it was very good to have complimentary soft drinks
Reception was painfully slow-there was no bath- there was no "normal" tea bags.

The staff were very friendly and very helpful with any queries we had.

We arrived early in the day and thet were able to accommodate us by letting us have our room early. Shuttle service to and from airport was very helpful! Room and bed were very comfortable.
By calling the front desk, we arranged for a 4 am wake up call, since there was not an alarm clock available in the room. We did not receive the call and were pressed to make our early a.m. flight.

the rooms are quiet seeing as you are close to the aiport
reception badly staffed, too much waiting to be served, taxis order in advance not turning up and having to queue to check with reception where they are, heater in bathroom won't turn off, aircon not adequate for room size

Good room amenities. Paid taxi-ride to airport.
Hotel staff failed to give us a voucher for the taxi-driver for the ride to airport, causing unnecessary delays at the airport.

high rates during week days due to many business people who stay in the hotels and because two floors are rented by a air line company
you need a car for visiting the environment: only a shuttle bus on specific times available to the airport and brussels city centre
