Breakfast is available in the restaurant daily from 08:15 until 10:00, during which time you can delight in the scenic view. Depending on the season, either the open hearth will be lit or you'll be able to enjoy a seat on the outdoor terrace. The brasserie has a pleasant, informal atmosphere and offers a view of the lake. Order a Trappist beer such as Chimay or Rochfort, accompanied by a tasty lunch or a nice portion of cheese. The extensive menu features dishes ranging from toasted sandwiches to spaghetti to entrecôte and stews. During peak season the brasserie is open daily from 09:00 until 21:00.The chef enjoys a choice of locally sourced ingredients when preparing regional dishes in the restaurant; from home grown herbs to fish from the adjacent pond and game from the surrounding woods. The menu changes with each season. It is possible to dine in the restaurant from 18:30 until 21:00. Advance reservations are recommended.Admire the wine cellar's historic features, which date back to the time when the hotel used to function as a mill; including its foundations from 1828.
