Booked double room and on the fist day we had 2 big and 1 samll towel, on the secnd day only 1 big towel.on the third day we returned at 4pm and the room has not yet been cleaned, and was not for the rest of the day.
we ended up paying about EUR130 per night with taxes, which is very poor value for a budget hotel on the side of a dual carriage way out of town,

Buffet breakfast was the same every day with no new food items. Breakfast should also include a menu for those who would like less food. Excerise room should open before 6 AM., Room did not have enough lighting. Lamp on desk did not work. Hotel should supply a outlet plug adaptor for US visitors.

The hotel has not been informed about our booking. We were luky that the hotel was not full. So when we arrived, the staff said us that the "delux "room will be ready in the evening with a cot for our child.
At 10 pm when we arrived, the room was not equiped with the cot, and the room was not a delux but we paid all the tarif !!! And the breakfast was not good : not milk available for example (15 euros !!! the breakfast).
Moreover, the acces is not easy for pedestrian pepole.
Nobody speak french.
