Tuinkamers beschikbaar; geen warme gangen doch gelijk naar buiten lopen de grote tuin in. In deze (binnen)tuin is het ook heerlijk rustig zitten met veel groen. Goed ontbijtbuffet. Vriendelijk personeel. Volop parkeerruimte (wel betaald).

Geen restaurant doch daarvan zijn er wel genoeg in Brugge. Geen airco op tuinkamer, kan wat benauwd worden.

1. before we checked it, we called the hotel several times at night, the night service was not very professional. the phone had to ring for a long time before it was picked up by a sleep voice, and phone manner was not that of a 4 star hotel. 2. we also had email correspondence with the hotel a week before our check it. email correspondenc was also not professional, your staff did not address us by our name, instead the staff used only ´dear,(blank),`. in addition, email message was very casual, all small letters. and, the message was not helpful. we simply asked for directions to get to your hotel from the train station, and it took us 2 to 3 email messages to get half of the anwers we wanted. 3. we called the hotel during the day time to ask for clear directions, and the person who answered the phone did not even know what bus to take to come to your hotel, or the name of the bus stop to get off. sure we could take a taxi, but how could the staff not know the basic info? conclusion, so altogether we had contacts with 3 to 4 different persons at your hotle, 2 times night shift, 1 time day shift, and 1 email writer, and the general impression was that the staff was not very professional nor efficent nor informative. i expect that from a bed and breakfast or a youth hostel, but not from a 4 star hotel. oh also, breakfast could have been more exciting..

the garden: plants and silence

the quality of your coffee in the morning at breakfast is awfull. Probably your most important visitors (the English) don't like strong coffee. However, every morning I was served an excellent cup of expresso. Look under the bed of room 30. The dust under it hasn't been removed a long time. The garden should be looked after; the paths are getting narrow because of the overwhelming growth of some plants.

No elevator for older guests. Two internal narrow stairways. Fire safety?

Mooie uitstraling, aardige mensen. (meneer met kaal hoofd) en leuke blonde jongere mevrouw die ook koffie en thee heeft verzorgd bij ontbijt. Kamer was goed, klein maar dat stond duidelijk vermeld. Dus voor een weekend prima.

Ik had het hotel omdat er een restaurant bij zit geboekt in de veronderstelling dat wij ook een plek in het restaurant hadden kunnen krijgen, omdat we erg laat aankwamen. Fohn deed het niet en de lichtjes in de kamer sommige deden het niet. De rechter in de badkamer en naast het bed. Ontbij had wat uitgebreider gekund.
