Worst 5* Hotel anywhere that we have stayed in, noisy room with busy shopping street outside, no air conditioning, key card for lift & room that did not work 75% of the time, kept complaning at reception with no results, cannot understand why this hotel has 5*'s, only deserves 4* at most, we booked out in the end & moved to another 5*...which was cheaper!!. Do not recomend anyone to stay here.

Hotel got renovation and it's so cool now. Stuff is also friendly and helpfull.

The staff was quite accomodating and very pleasant and eager to assist us.

Our room was very noisy on the weekend and if I would stay there again, I would prefer to stay in the back. Could have used more drawer space and wash/face cloths.

Disgusting television pornography ruins otherwise pleasant stay

The hotel is stylish and comfortable. The food in the restaurant was excellent. The breakfast, however, is ridiculously expensive.

I am extremely offended by the hard core pornography on the television. No one should be exposed to such material without warning. As a businesswoman I will refuse to stay at NH hotels in future because of this unpleasant experience. Why do you not have CNN or BBC world news insead?

The two receptionists were charming, helpful and spoke good English. The room was quiet and tasteful. Everything worked.

Nowhere to stack plates to dry, not tea towel, and no corkscrew! A lamp would be helpful, as we moved one bed away from the other and so I had no reading lamp.

NIeuw en centraal gelegen, vriendelijk personeel dat voldoende Nederlands sprak.

the rooms are deteriorating (I have stayed before) They close the lounge bar very early 22:00 one night and Saturday it was not oipen at all. Obviously they do not wish to make a profit as there were 40 people meeting up there and had to go out to socialise. Generally the hotel has gone downhill recently, food remains good though meeting rooms have poor ventilation or airconditioning.

Its a nice clean hotel, good beds, excellent bathrooms, centrally located with everything on your doorstep. Room price is reasonable to good for the quality.

All the Hotel Extras are at a very high price. For example: A similar breakfast is available within 2 minutes walk for a third of the price. The Mini Bar prices are higher than I've seen in Manhatten/Central London. Expectations of service are different for all guests I'm not the kind that likes a hotel services sales pitch everytime I talk with a member of staff, if you dont want to be nagged about the overpriced hotel extras then I would not advise staying.
