My colleagues room was not as clean as it should be. The aircraft noise wakes you up at 06:00AM. I stayed at this Hotel some time ago and paid a third the price of the room this time. 4* it may claim, but it is more 3*

Worst 5* Hotel anywhere that we have stayed in, noisy room with busy shopping street outside, no air conditioning, key card for lift & room that did not work 75% of the time, kept complaning at reception with no results, cannot understand why this hotel has 5*'s, only deserves 4* at most, we booked out in the end & moved to another 5*...which was cheaper!!. Do not recomend anyone to stay here.

Hotel got renovation and it's so cool now. Stuff is also friendly and helpfull.

It was yet painted and was still smells like new paint. It'll disappear in a couple of days. Rooms are small as predictable.

Hotel Best Western Premier Carrefour de l?Europe is an excellent choice if you want to enjoy everything the vibrant city of Brussels has to offer. The hotel is located only 50 metres from the 'Grote Makt' (market square) and the Central Station is also only a brief stroll away.

We would highly recommend this hotel.

The staff was quite accomodating and very pleasant and eager to assist us.

Our room was very noisy on the weekend and if I would stay there again, I would prefer to stay in the back. Could have used more drawer space and wash/face cloths.

Disgusting television pornography ruins otherwise pleasant stay

The hotel is stylish and comfortable. The food in the restaurant was excellent. The breakfast, however, is ridiculously expensive.

I am extremely offended by the hard core pornography on the television. No one should be exposed to such material without warning. As a businesswoman I will refuse to stay at NH hotels in future because of this unpleasant experience. Why do you not have CNN or BBC world news insead?

Hotel has lost family run friendly atmosphere and needs refurbishing

It is in Brussels!!

the rooms are deteriorating (I have stayed before) They close the lounge bar very early 22:00 one night and Saturday it was not oipen at all. Obviously they do not wish to make a profit as there were 40 people meeting up there and had to go out to socialise. Generally the hotel has gone downhill recently, food remains good though meeting rooms have poor ventilation or airconditioning.

Net hotel op prachtige lokatie.

Prachtige lokatie in hartje Brussel met parkeergarage dichtbij. Wij hadden een vierpersoonskamer samen met de kinderen.

Beetje rumoerig maar dat komt omdat je in het centrum zit. Wat wel een beetje vreemd is, is dat de gordijnen niet helemaal dicht kunnen dus je hebt wel last van de buitenverlichting 's nachts of je moet net zoals wij de gordijnen dicht knopen.

The facility was very clean and comfortable.

1 - Facility was listed as having airport shuttle service, but failed to indicate there was no service on Sunday mornings. 2 - Desk Clerk said on phone that taxi fare would be about 15 Euros. It was actually 24.50 Euros with no traffic. 3 - Facility listing indicated Metro was only 200 meters from hotel. It is considerably more than that.

De badkamer zag er verzorgd uit, ook op de tweede dag. Het bed zorgt voor een redelijke nachtrust.

Slechte bereikbaarheid in een eenrichtingsweg. Het bedieningsgemak van tv en airco laat te wensen over.
