In de badkamer met bad is geen mogelijkheid de douchekop op te hangen, dit vonden wij erg onhandig. De drankjes in de lounge vonden wij behoorlijk prijzig.

Superb customer service

couldn't be in a better location, customer service was excellent when we complained of the smell of smoke in a non-smoking room on a non-smoking floor - inconsiderate yobs who do that should be prosecuted, ejected from the hotel and be made to pay for the the re-decoration of the room.

One of the best Hotels I have stayed in throughout Northern Europe

I have stayed in this hotel a couple of times now and I always leave with a big smile on my face. The rooms are big and spacious with furniture and fixtures of a very high quality. The beds as simply divine, pillow menus, expresso machines, large tvs, great showers and bathrooms. It is perfectly located to access the beautiful hstoric quater of Gent.

Te duur voor het totaalpakket

Erg fijn zwembad en wellness, mooie grote kamer, zeer schoon, vriendelijke eigenaar.

Privacy, je bent in het huis van de eigenaar en dat geeft af en toe een ongemakkelijk gevoel. Al doet de eigenaar er alles aan om dat weg te nemen. Verder erg ver van centrum Gent, openbaar vervoer is ook een kwartier lopen. Aan drukke snelweg. En toch wel vrij duur. Ontbijt kost 21 euro p.p.!!!

NH Gent Sint Pieters is a comfortable hotel that is easily accessible by train or by car. The lovely Flemish art city Ghent with its many outside terraces and restaurants is certainly worth a visit. The car-free city centre is a perfect place for shopping.

Nice location, beware of early morning desk help.

10 mins walk from train station, 3 mins to tram stop. Rooms comfortable.

Problem with front desk help. My wife to wake me for a wake-up call at 5:00 and the desk help told her that I was not answering my phone. When I called down to the front desk, they called back and my phone rang. I'm guessing the desk help early in the morning perhaps was unfamiliar with the phone system?

La atención al cliente es muy buena: agradables, amables, super educados. La habitación es una acogedora, silenciosa y limpia. Aunque no es céntrico, está muy cerca y por calidad-precio es muy aconsejable.

Clean and recently renovated. Breakfast is OK.

To start, bad welcoming on the phone. Then , asked for a baby bed 3 times (by email, phone and at the hotel), but never had a chance to get it. Arrived at the restaurant with our little girl at 9.44 pm, the waiter, very unpleasant : "Last order at 9.40 pm". Etc. At the end, nice surprise : they charge you 8 Euros for the parking. Very very bad experience.

Vriendelijke en behulpzame receptie, moderne kamer, zeer goed verzorgd, heerlijke bedden, perfect mooie en verzorgde badkamer. Geen mooie ligging (in industrieel gebied), wel gemakkelijk dichtbij autoweg. Redelijke afstand tot centrum, 10 min per auto.

luidruchtige verwarming / airco op de kamer slechts één en veel te klein ontbijtbuffet, lange rijen ontbijttafels in de lobby dicht op elkaar gepropt doet denken aan Formule1-niveau (is voor dit hotel beneden niveau) Geen warme service bij ontbijt (enkel een koud gekookt ei) parkeren in dit buitengebied a € 8,- pd
