The NH Caransa Hotel Amsterdam is situated in the heart of Amsterdam, at the lively Rembrandtplein. The surroundings offer numerous areas of interest, both cultural and recreational. In the invoice all breakfast were added. Removing the breakfasts the invoice was not more clear. I had asked to make me an offer for the first day since these not really an pleasure night - the people at the reception don´t see any way to discuss about. One receptionist was quite sympathetic but inefficient, and the other one vented her views on how the customers should behave (in a fairly arrogant manner) before checking the availability of the promised change of the room. Finally, our request for a wakeup call was accepted, but no call actually followed.
