Hotel Casa 400 Amsterdam is well located within walking distance of the Amstel Station, from where you can easily reach the historic centre, Schiphol Amsterdam Airport and the RAI conference and exhibition centre. The hotel is also easy to reach by car from the A10 ring road. The hotel has its own parking garage and bicycle storage. At the reception you can reserve fun excursions.

Anonymous Modern and friendly.: 16 July 2011; 8.8; + Friendly, helpful staff. Clean facility and modern as heck. Internet was easy and fast. TV was good too. Rooms are modern and large by European standards.; - They use a passive heat/cooling system. It was very cold and rainy when I was there. It was not possible to get the room warm so I had to put on more clothes to sleep. While you have a control in the room, the instructions say it will only rise slowly and 3 degrees at most.

The one that is currently there, is very difficult to navigate and it wasn't clear how to use it all the time.

Anonymous Sauberes Hotel mit guter Verkehrsanbindung: 15 August 2011; 6.8; + Gut organisiertes Hotel das allerdings in keinem Punkt heraussticht aus Hotels gleicher Kategorie.; - Das Frühstück ist für 15 € pro Person nicht wirklich gut. Gerade im Bereich Wurst und Käse könnte man sicher noch besser werden. Im übrigen schleichen sich viele Gäste durch einen anderen Eingang herein und melden sich nicht an. Die Vermutung liegt nahe das einige vielleicht nicht zahlen. Hier muss das Personal mehr aufpassen. Das Personal am Eingang zum Frühstücksraum sollte dazu nicht gleichzeitig im Service eingeteilt sein und dafür besser aufpassen das alle Gäste sich anmelden und ggf das Frühstück bezahlen.

Heel goede bedden, een praktische indeling en comfort in de kamer. Schoon. Er wordt milieuvriendelijk met de dingen omgegaan. Buffet op biologiche basis. Gezond en bewust.; - Je moet niet voor een romantisch weekendje dit hotel nemen. Geen gemakkelijk zitje om naar de tv te kijken. Je krijgt pijn in je nek omdat je omhoog moet kijken en op het bed moet gaan zitten om naar de tv te kijken. Geen lekker minibar. Een heel groot gemis in de bakamer: tissues.

Maar met het openbaar vervoer om de hoek, was dit voor ons niet echt een nadeel.

NT Excellent hotel, clean and modern: 18 October 2010; 9.0; + Having become used to somewhat mediocre, relatively cramped and often noisy hotels in Aâdam, Casa 400 was a remarkably pleasant surprise indeed. This large, newly-built and modern hotel is situated in a quiet area alongside an attractive canal; just 10 minutes walk from Amstel station with its many facilities and frequent trains to Centraal Station. The 24-hour reception area is bright and spacious, and the staff helpful and courteous. Vending machines for drinks and sweets are available in the foyer, as well as tables and chairs for meetings or simply to read the range of magazines supplied. Security access to rooms and lift is with a key card. My room (503) had an extremely comfortable, large double bed (Iâm 1.95m tall), which only made getting up in the morning something of a problemâ¦(!) A large, wall-to-wall table provided plenty of space, and with free internet access, working in the room was no problem. The wardrobe contained a safe and a sufficient number of decent clothes hangers. Instead of a tiny vintage TV, a modern flat-screen Phillips TV provided English, Dutch and German TV stations, as well as information about the hotel and surrounding attractions. The clean, well-fitted bathroom had complimentary shower lotion. An ice machine was available on the floor hallway. Although some building work is still going on outside the hotel, I encountered no problems. I will most definitely use Casa 400 in the future and can but highly recommend it. I would rate it at the top end of â3 starsâ.; - Not âminus pointsâ - just suggestions: A written TV guide might help persons who donât know how to operate the multi-function TV. Perhaps the water pressure in the shower could be a little higher.

Luc De Brouwer Fantastisch hotel!: 9 October 2010; 9.8; + Een absoluut prachtig hotel met zeer vriendelijk personeel, mooie kamers en een fantastisch ontbijt. Er hangt een heel relaxte sfeer wat erg fijn is als men na een drukke dag A'dam even wilt ontspannen.

A. F. Sehr gefplegtes Hotel mit feundlichen Personal: 26 July 2010; 9.8; + Das Hotel empfand ich als sehr gepflegt. Die Zimmer waren schön eingerichtet und hatten eine optimale Größe. Weiterhin war das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Durch die Nähe zur Amstelstation hatte man eine optimale Anbindung an Busse, Züge und die Metro, sodass man in kurzer Zeit in der Innenstadt war. Außerdem existiert im Hotel eine Tiefgarage, was in der "autofeindlichen" Stadt Amsterdam ein riesen Gewinn ist.; - Ich empfand 15 Euro für ein Frühstück als etwas zu viel, wobei diese Preise in Amsterdam angemessen sind.

Well, i did not do that and still they did notchange them. Shape up Casa, either you are environmently frinedly or not, dont put up a false face!

de Leeuw Net nieuw hotel op Ideale afstand van het Centraal station: 7 June 2010; 9.4; + Nieuw Hotel (2009). Ideale ligging (3 minuten van station/Metro) . Het is een schoon en net hotel. Vriendelijk personeel. een aanrader; - De bedden zijn iets aan de harde kant. Helaas maar 1 kussen per persoon. De tv is zo nieuw (op basis van IP) dat het nog in de kinderschoenen staat. Hierdoor liep de tv tot 3x toe vast (2 nachten). het personeel kwam binnen 5 minuten om de tv te resetten

de heer van Ierland Voor 1 overnachting goed om te doen........sorry: 24 May 2010; 7.2; + Hotel zag er zeer netjes uit. Ook de kamers zagen er mooi en netjes uit. Personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ontbijt was goed; - Parkeergarage ingang is te smal. Kussens op de kamer waren te hoog en te hard en het matras was ook hard. De keus in het restaurant was te beperkt en zou wel wat simpeler mogen.
