- Great location, reception very helpful and knowledgable. Peaceful and relaxing. Thank you
- A little care and maintenance should be done on little things to keep the hotel upto a 5 star standard, ie TV loose on bracket, paintwork chipped, tired looking cushions.....

- The hotel and the rooms are very comfortable.
- Young male concierge on arrival very unable to host me in:
-asked credit card sweeping without saying why.
-tlaked to other customers while i was waiting.
-didnt tell me anything about room location and breakfast time.
My room had an inside door comunicating with the room next to mine. The guy was snoring loudly but worse he was smoking spliff early in the morning....i was awaken from the smell of smoke.
The cleaning lady came at 8.00 in the morning for cleaning and again at 9.30. Isnt there a red led on the door handle saying it is locked from inside?

- Arrived very late in the evening without luggage which had been lost by the airline, hotel staff couldn't have been more helpful, they sorted us out everything we needed even a phone charger. The food in the restaurant was fantastic.
This was our second visit to this hotel and certainly will not be our last.
- We had a problem with hot water in the shower but as soon as we mentioned it at the front desk they were on to it.

- I found the hotel room to be very comfortable, clean, stylish rooms. The staff were polite and attentive. The room provided adequate Facilities.
- On this occasion i stayed on the second floor. It was better than being on the ground floor, as previously.I stayed in a room a little to close to the road and in view of pedestrians. This was a privacy issue for me.

- Small business Hotel which was very well run.
An excellent buffet breakfast provided in the Restaurant where the Staff were most courteous and extremely helpful.
Cleaning staff were very good.
Location is in a very good residential area with at least six very good quality Restaurants within short walking distance. We found two excellent Italian Restaurants close bye.
- Whilst our bedroom was well laid out and contained a very comfortable Kingsized bed, there was not really sufficient room for it.
The Hotel may be located too far away from the tourist areas for some.
We had dinner on our first night and whilst the Restaurant is very professionally run, we found the choice on the fixed menu to be restrictive in choice and more so as it did not change during our four day stay , and a little pricey, but that may be me being a little picky.
Although we ordered a non-smoking area table for dinner, we were put amonst the (chain)smokers, which we found offensive, but that is fairly common im most places that we tried to eat and drink in Amsterdam(unfortunately).

- Pleasant Staff. Most helpful and friendly head chef - who looked after my wife's gluten free diet at breakfast time. Comfortable beds. Food excellent at breakfast time. (we did not dine at other times as we were visiting relations nearby)
- Our Room 1005 was inadvertently not made up one day. (Sunday) Apologies received from Reception Staff.

- Dut due to our hectic weekend schedule, we didn't spend a lot of time in the hotel. However, the room was spacious, contemporary and clean and the enormous bed (possibly the biggest one I've ever slept in) was very comfortable. Only a 10-15 minute stroll to the Museum district, the surroundings were pleasantly leafy with the onset of Autumn. I would definitely recommend the Bilderberg Garden Hotel to others visiting Amsterdam, who are looking for an upmarket hotel which is still fairly priced.

- Location is great, quite, calm and serene. They hire bikes if you are on holiday and if you work at the WTC teh location is excellent. The rooms are always clean and a good temperature
- Room service was terrible, undercooked food, no salt or pepper on the tray and when I called to complain it was a feeble apology.
I was given a wake up call that I didnt order - not appreciated and put in a smoking room without being asked

- Unfortunately, again (!!), the airco was not working efficiently. I have experienced this before, it is simply too warm in the room. Combined with the fact that it is not possible to open a window in the "business" rooms.

- The reception area and the room were very attractively presented, and the decor was very contemporary. The staff were all very friendly. The hotel was well situated, out of the citiy centre so quiet, but conveniently located for transport and with two lovely shopping areas close by.
- The exterior of the hotel is not so attractive, although there is some building work going on at present to improve this. The room was very hot due to a problem with the air conditioning, and although this was partially resolved, it was still uncomfortably warm throughout our stay.

very good and fast service.
- The promised airconditioning is not fully accomplished because you cannot set up the temperature in the room as you want. You cannot control the aircondition but only the ventilation volume. This was disapointing to me.
The location was too far away from every basic thing we need ( stores, restorents, city centers etc..

- Rooms were clean and well kept, Hotel was in a very nice area, but too far from the centre for us.
- When we arrived our room was not available as they had made a mistake with the booking, the receptionist was quite unhelpful about it and said we had been put in another room and there was nothing they could do to rectify the situation.(Lower standard room given)It was 10pm and we were left waiting approx 10 minutes before the manager arrived and told us again there were no other rooms available. Eventually they agreed to give us the room we had booked, too late and too much fuss for us to consider a return visit.
