Good Quality on a Budget

Very good location near Rembrandt plein, good tram connection to everywhere. Quiet environment; had a peaceful sleep. Nice cafées around.

Way too expensive breakfast. Shower could've been more spacious. Keycard didn't work on the outdoor and the receptionist wasn't too friendly but ok.

better than most!

Very good hotel, especially for the price you pay. Good location, five minutes on a bike from the red light district, tram service few steps away. Very good room, spacious, good beds, good sheets and blankets. Definetely would go back.

Only minus point is that they didn´t clean our toilet for the whole stay. but other than that, no minuses!

Rhe righr hotel for a week end in Amsterdam

Not far from the center, with a tram station very near (but we prefered walking), and quiet during the night. A very complete breakfast, rather expensive (15€), but we had the chance to pay 5€ less, because we were a couple I think.

Average - could be alot better

The decor was nice Staff were friendly and helpful

Cost was high - Room was tiny! The double that I asked for was two single beds pushed together which had single covers on them (Which really winds me up!). I'm 6ft 1 and I was far too big for the bed and stuck out the bottom. The toilet was broken in the room. I told the guy on reception the first day we were ther and I didnt see him again for the rest of the time I was there. Nothing was done and I had to fix it myself.

Nice hotel and location, few downsides

The room was spacious, and the location was very convenient.

The charge for breakfast is very high, and the selection prodvided for that price is not good. The bed sheets weren't changed at all during our 6 night stay, and supplies (e.g., glasses, spoons) were taken away but not replaced. There is a fridge available in the room, but it is locked and the key for ours wasn't available.

Just right for the University of Amsterdam

I was attending a conference at the University of Amsterdam, which made this hotel’s location especially suitable.

We were accommodated for the first night in a basement room that was markedly inferior (much smaller) to the rooms upstairs. We were moved to the third floor after one night, but it took some persistence on my wife’s part to obtain this move.

Location not far from city centre but in quiet area. Room and bathroom facilities fairly comfortable. Reception personnel friendly and helpful

Our grade for this hotel is 7 out of 10.

The service was good, the maids made our bed's and change towels every day. It was great that we could watch televison and have many channels that we could choose from.

The room wasn't very clean when we came, there were dust on our bed and a spiderweb next to the window. The room was also very small, we would prefer a little more space.

Nicely decorated. It was a good hotel overall.

The breakfast was on the expensive side and we found a good cafe just down the street that was much more affordable. The walls were a little thin - we had some loud neighbors who coughed a lot in the morning.

Pleasant stay overall with some minor negative aspects

The location was very tranquil and leafy with nice cafes nearby. Most staff were helpful when asked for help The room was clean and spacious

The price was high considering we didn't get breakfast included. I don't know if this is just because Amsterdam is a very expensive city or the hotel is overpriced. The room was very cold when we first arrived because windows had been left open. It took most of the first day before the room warmed up. This made it not very cosy.

The hotel says free internet in lobby (not true) Claims bacon and pancakes. This wasn't true. Only when they ran out of sausages did they make pancakes instead. Never saw any bacon. - Breakfast is insanely expensive for the quality.
