• – breakfast was 25 e for one person. ı was with two kid.they just take from me for two...but even 50 e is a big amount for breakfast for 3 people ! ı could eat for 20 e at the cafes....

• – The lights can be placed more in the room. Placing a few more chairs for triple room is good. The wifi signal is too weak.

A Friendly Hotel

• + tram 16 stops right opposite the door of the hotel, where you can catch it directly from centraal station. Only takes about fifteen minutes to get there. Great hotel if you're interested in museums and the Vondelpark is very close if you like nature. Ask for a room overlooking the garden. Ours was a good room. Very friendly staff.
• – No kettle in room. you have to pay for coffee or tea. No other facilities (spa gym etc...)

• + This hotel had a great comfortable bed and was situated well - close to tram lines. The reception staff were friendly and helpful.
• – Our hotel fee was charged as soon as we booked online (3 weeks prior to our stay) instead of at check out which was strange. Breakfast was not included in our booking deal and there were no tea or coffee making facilities in the rooms. It would have been nice to have this facility. We were surprised that the hair dryer and television remote was collected at reception instead of available in the room.

• + Good quiet location near the museums and the Concertgebouw hall. Very friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, good showers. We are a family of five with two teenage children and had two rooms. We really enjoyed everything about the hotel and would recommend it highly.

I could not fault this hotel

• + Lovely welcome from the reception staff. Great central location with surprisingly large bedroom looking out onto a quiet garden. Beatiful light and a wonderful clean comfortable bed. Everything you could ask for in a modern, functional hotel but not characterless. Bathroom was exceptional too. We had a 'hot deal' price and booked at short notice with no problems.
• – I could not fault my stay and will recommend to anyone looking for a hotel in Amsterdam.

• – Hotel is a fair distance from the centre of the city but the no. 5 tram runs right nearby and will take you to the heart of the city very quickly. Breakfast was maybe a little overpriced for what it was.
